IMPRINTING INFORMATION:
SCREEN PRINTING: 65-85 lpi for half-tones
4-COLOR PROCESS: 85-100 lpi printing. – minimum 250 pcs.
Must supply a good resolution color printout.
Higher line imprinting is available – minimum 5,000 pcs. Call for
information.
PMS MATCH: Close as possible, no guarantee, at no charge.
ADDITIONAL PROCESS: Color boards and clips may require a White
Underlay at additional running charge and screen charge.
ART REQUIREMENTS:
File Formats Accepted: Vector files prepared in (AI) Adobe Illustrator.
All objects embedded and all text converted to paths/create outlines.
Please create PC friendly files.
PDF (preferred), EPS, or AI up to version CS3
Raster images: (i.e. bitmaps) must be 300 dpi or better and at 100% of
final print size used in the art.
Low resolution JPG, GIF files, and Web images are NOT ACCEPTED as final
art.
DOC - MS Word and Excel documents are NOT ACCEPTED as final art.
These files will incur an art charge if they can be converted to a usable format.
CDR – Corel Draw – NOT PREFERRED, but may be able to convert to usable
format. May incur an art charge.
Quark docs – NOT PREFERRED, but may be able to convert to usable
format. QuarkXPress 5 (original and source files)
All Quark docs will incur an art charge.
InDesign files – Accepted but may incur an art charge.
Delivery of electronic artwork: E-mail to art@hansmfg.com.
E-mail size of 10 MB or less. DO NOT send fonts via email.
Make sure all text is converted to paths before sending.
